Welcome to Scratch Karo. By accessing, registering, or participating on our digital scratch card platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.
1. Eligibility & Registration
To participate on Scratch Karo, users must be at least 18 years of age and legally permitted to use digital financial platforms under Indian law. Each user is permitted one primary account linked to their valid 10-digit mobile number and UPI address.
2. Digital Scratch Packs & Entry Fees
Scratch Karo offers digital scratch packs (such as Silver ₹50 Pack and Gold ₹100 Pack). Entry fees paid for unlocking scratch cards are processed securely via verified UPI intent protocols (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, or authorized UPI QR codes). All transactions are cryptographically recorded in the platform ledger.
3. Fair Outcomes & Server-Side Verification
All scratch card results and winning prizes are generated using cryptographically secure server-authoritative random number generation (RNG) prior to scratch reveal. The client-side visual scratch action reveals the outcome already securely committed on the server. No tampering or manipulation is possible.
4. Winnings & Wallet Crediting
When a participant wins a cash reward, the prize is immediately credited to the participant's verified in-app wallet balance in real-time. Winning amounts range between ₹1 to ₹100 for Silver Packs and ₹10 to ₹1,000 for Gold Packs.
5. Withdrawals & Payouts
Users may request a withdrawal once their wallet balance reaches the minimum threshold of ₹500. Withdrawals are processed directly to the user's verified UPI VPA address upon standard security verification. Processing times typically range from 15 minutes to 24 business hours.
6. Vendor & Partner Network
Authorized merchant store partners display certified Scratch Karo QR codes. Scanning a store QR code binds the user's participation to that store partner, entitling the partner to transparent commission tracking.
7. Prohibited Conduct & Account Suspension
Any attempt to exploit, duplicate payments, use automated bots, falsify UTR records, or violate platform security will result in immediate permanent suspension of the account and forfeiture of any accrued balance.
